Once a project is approved and work has started, the client agrees to provide necessary content, approvals, and communication on time to avoid delays.
Advance payment may be required before starting work.
Remaining payments must be cleared as per agreed timelines.
Delayed payments may result in service interruption, project hold, or website suspension.
All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Due to the nature of digital services:
No refunds will be provided after project initiation or delivery of work.
Refund eligibility, if any, will be decided solely by Unify Media management.
Estimated timelines are provided based on project scope. Delays caused by:
Late client responses, Missing content/materials,
Third-party platform issues
will not be the responsibility of Unify Media.
Clients must:
Provide accurate information
Maintain respectful communication
Avoid illegal or misleading business activities
Upon full payment completion:
Final approved designs and deliverables become the client’s property.
Unify Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Unify Media reserves the right to suspend services or remove websites in cases of:
Non-payment
Abuse or harassment
Violation of terms
Illegal activity
We are not responsible for policy changes, bans, restrictions, or technical issues from platforms such as:
Meta
Google
Shopify
Hosting providers
Payment gateways
Unify Media shall not be liable for:
Business losses
Revenue loss
Ad account restrictions
Platform suspensions
Data loss due to third-party services
